Coburn Amendment

Of note is my Presidential favorite, Senator Allen from Virginia. The amendment was not perfect in that it only transferred government spending from a pork project to hurricane relief which also contains pork. I really hope that this is just the beginning from Senator Coburn and along with his allies over in the House we get some fiscal restraint. If only the President could (would?) lead the charge.
